The Superchips Flashpaq tuner for the 2008, 6.4L Powerstroke tunes both the engine and transmission. You can gain up to 78 BHP horsepower and 146 ft/lbs torque and have data logging capabilities. 2004-2007: The easily installed Flashpac offers three different tuning levels with gains up to 160 ft/lbs torque and 100 hp, improved fuel economy and shift quality. The Flashpaq is Internet updatable. 1994-2003: Superchips Max Microtuner for 7.3L enhances shift firmness and offers three performance levels: Performance tune, 80 hp and 115 ft/lbs torque; Performance tow, 50 hp and 85 ft/lbs torque; Tow Safe, 40 hp and 70 ft/lbs torque.

The three most important pieces of information that you need to know while driving your truck are boost pressure; exhaust gas temperature (EGT) and transmission temperature. A boost gauge measures the amount of load on the turbo; the EGT gauge measures the amount of load on the engine and the transmission gauge measures the temperature of the transmission fluid. You know how well your turbo is performing when you know your boost pressure; you know the temperature of the exhaust going into the turbo when you have an EGT gauge and you know before you (oops!) exceed the maximum transmission temperature when you have a transmission temperature gauge. We can build and ship you a pod with these or any combination of gauges, painted to match your interior and all you have to do is follow our point-by-point instructions to install. Some gauge manufacturers offer gauge kits while our custom-made gauge pod comes to you completely assembled with Autometer gauges and ready to install.
Auxiliary Fuel Tank System: Transfer Flow Express-UFS system is available for Ford, Dodge and GM short and long bed pickups. The 70-gallon tank is manufactured from 14-gauge aluminized steel and is powder coated black. The tank is 59” long, 19 3/8” wide, and 18” deep, allow three inches to the width for the mounting brackets. The stock fuel gauge will show gallons in OEM tank and will increase on the gauge as the fuel is transferred. A three-year/36,000 mile limited warranty comes from the manufacturer. A fillneck adapter kit is required.
Replacement Fuel Tank System: Transfer Flow 40-gallon replacement tank for ’87-’97 Ford pickups with 8’ beds, except standard cab 4x4s; 46-gallon replacement tank for ’99-’08 crew cab and extended cab pickups with a 6 ½’ bed; 57-gallon tank for ’99-‘07 crew cab and extended cab pickups with an 8’ bed; 60-gallon tank for ’08. These tanks are manufactured from 14-gauge aluminized steel and powder coated black. A three-year/36,000 mile limited warranty comes from the manufacturer.
Toolbox and Fuel Tank System: These 30 and 50-gallon systems are available for ’90 –’08 Ford HD, ’94 –’07 Dodge and ’90 –’07 GM pickups. The 30-gallon unit has a 5-½ cubic foot storage space, while the 50-gallon unit has 9 cubic feet of storage space. The fuel tank, constructed of 14-gauge aluminized steel for superior strength and rust resistance, is mounted inside the shell of the bright 1/8” thick aluminum diamond plate toolbox. The fuel fill access is located on the driver's side of the pickup on the front of the toolbox. A three-year/36,000 mile limited warranty comes from the manufacturer.
Toolbox and Auxiliary Fuel Tank System: This 40-gallon toolbox and fuel tank system with over 5 ½ cubic feet of storage space fits ‘92-’07 Ford HD, ’01-‘08 GM and ’99-’06 Dodge short and long bed diesel pickups. The tank is manufactured from 14-gauge aluminized steel, is powder-coated black and operates with Transfer Flow's Express-UFS operating system. The fuel fillneck is located inside the locking storage compartment. A three-year/36,000 mile limited warranty comes from the manufacturer. A fillneck adapter kit is required.
Ford Perfomance Specialists is a PowerMax Authorized Distributor of quick spooling, high flowing diesel performance turbochargers manufactured by Garrett. A Garrett diesel upgrade turbo incorporating the dual ball bearing cartridge will lower EGTs by as much as 200 degrees and provide massive airflow improvements over stock turbos: 290 whp @ 3000 rpm vs. 210 whp @ 2700 rpm, 550 ft/lbs torque @ 400 rpm vs. 420 ft/lbs torque @ 500 rpm. This turbo is available for ‘99 – ’03 7.3L F-250, F-350 and Excursion Powerstroke trucks.
The Garrett PowerMax turbos are also available for the 6.0L Trucks.

They are offered in turbo-back or cat-back, include a stainless steel wide-open performance muffler and 100% stainless steel tubing. Ford F-250 and F-350 Powerstrokes have been dyno tested to 12 hp and 38 ft/lbs torque gains. We recommend the Magnaflow Series exhaust for your diesel truck with 4” mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, a polished muffler and 5” diameter double-walled stainless steel tip. A limited lifetime warranty comes from the manufacturer against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed.

We recommend and install K&N Air filters, designed to achieve high, virtually unrestricted airflow while maintaining filtration levels critical to ensure long engine life.
